These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between f777 ("Platform", "we", "us") and each person who uses its services ("User", "you"). The minimum deposit amount at f777 is ৳500. The same limit applies for each payment method. Currently accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Sonali Bank). Deposits are processed with no additional fees.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. The same payment methods are used for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. A successful withdrawal is generally completed within 1 hour. Identity verification must be complete before a withdrawal request can be processed.

4.3 Payment Method Match

Users must use a payment method registered in their own name. Using a third-party payment method or a borrowed account is not permitted and may result in the account being closed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

f777 offers new users a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000; to withdraw, bets totalling ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be completed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be usable on specific games or game categories.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings after wagering is complete can be withdrawn.
• The validity period of a bonus will be stated in the description of each offer.
• Using multiple bonuses at the same time is not permitted unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• If any attempt is made to obtain a bonus through fraudulent means, the account will be closed.

5.3 Other Promotions

5.4 VIP Programme Cashback

f777's VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Cashback is paid weekly on net losses. The maximum cashback is 0.5% at Bronze tier, 1.0% at Silver tier and 1.5% at Gold tier. Example: if a Silver tier member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200 cashback. Moving to a higher tier depends on continued active participation on the Platform.

6.1 Finality of Bets

A bet once confirmed cannot be cancelled, unless a technical error occurs on the Platform. f777 reserves the right to cancel incorrect bets caused by technical errors and to correct the balance accordingly.

6.2 Odds and RTP

Every game on f777 operates according to the RTP (Return to Player) set by the relevant game developer. RTP is the theoretical return rate over the long term — it does not apply to any specific round or session. Odds in sports betting may change according to market conditions.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game stops mid-way due to an internet disconnection or device fault, f777's system saves the result of that game on its own. If there is any uncertainty, contact the support team.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on f777:

8.2 User-Initiated Account Closure
